The brief set was to illustrate a series of jacket covers for a selection of Dyan Sheldon's teenage novels. The covers had to reflect the content of each individual title whilst working together to give an overall "author" look to all the books.

I wanted to keep the imagery quite simple but with a sophisticated feel as the target audience are aged between 10-14 years old. This age group want to feel grown up and therefore I have tried to reflect this in my designs.

The brief set was to devise an advertising campaign to route out new consumers for this non - alcoholic beverage. After researching this popular fizzy pop drink I decided to turn the can into a character by illustrating it using Photoshop.

RSA Design Directions 2006/07: Postage stamps

The brief set was to design six multi - cultural stamps to celebrate diversity in the UK and work as a set to be purchased at the beginning of the year.

I thought about the various themes that different cultures have in common e.g: most have a festival of light, have traditional costumes and eat specially prepared food etc. Finally I decided to design a set of dance themed stamps as, at nearly all festivals researched people celebrated together by performing traditional dances.
